A note for practice managers. Individual seats are separate licenses, each with its own account and invoice, and they do not include shared templates, practice-wide administration, or a BAA. A practice handling patient information needs the Practice plan, which is what the shared library, the guided session, the one hour support target, and the BAA are for. The questions clinicians ask first.

How does the ten day trial work?
Your key is issued the moment you submit your email, and it runs for ten days from then, so install on the same day to use the full ten. Every feature is available for the whole trial, including export. A reminder appears on day seven. At day ten the app asks for a license before it opens again, so export anything you want to keep before then. You can buy a license at any point from inside the app, and your cases carry straight over.
Do I need an internet connection?
Only to activate your license and to use the AI assisted tools. Intake, testing, interviews, and your case records all work on your own computer. Case files are never sent to a Vesper Psych server.
Where do my patient records live?
On your computer, in a workspace you control. That is the default. Case files are never sent to a Vesper Psych server, and the Security and Compliance Datasheet has the technical detail your compliance reviewer will want. If you want the technical detail, it is all in the Security and Compliance Datasheet.
Does it score my tests?
No. You pick the tests and you enter the scores. Vesper Psych keeps the record of what you chose, what you found, and when. It does not score from answer sheets and it does not interpret for you.
Will it write a diagnosis?
No, and it will not draft a report until you have rendered, deferred, or rejected each diagnosis under consideration and signed. That is the design, not a setting.
What if my practice needs a BAA?
A Business Associate Agreement is available on request with the Practice and Group plans. Tell us about your practice on the contact form and we will send it with the rest of the paperwork.
Can I get out if it is not for me?
Yes. Buying is a per-month license and you can stop at any time. Your case files live on your own computer, and the export works throughout the trial and throughout a paid license, so take a copy of anything you want to keep before a license lapses.
